Imperium Dekadenz just announced a string of headlining shows and festival appearances in Europe for later this year.

The tour, which kicks off on February 4th in Minsk, sees the band performing at Wacken Open Air, Gothoom Open Air Fest, Barther Open Air, and many more. A full list of confirmed tour dates can be found below.

Regarding the tour, Imperium Dekadenz comments: “We are proud to announce a fine collection of European shows. We will perform in many countries that Imperium Dekadenz has never visited before and can hardly wait to finally present songs from our current album ‘Dis Manibvs’ live. The wait is finally over for 80’s hard rock fans: after a year of hiatus the thunderous Fnnish group Loudguns is back with a new double single release including two new tracks: “Billie The Queen” & “These Dreams.”

These two tracks are culled from upcoming 3rd album “Revolution Days.” Loaded with a new singer Olli Kärki, Loudguns launches this new era with a bang. Both songs have now come online via YouTube in the form of lyric videos – check ’em out below!

Abbath, the new incarnation of former Immortal frontman Abbath Doom Occulta, has announced a Latin American tour.

The “Jomsviking Latin America” tour 2017 kicks off on May 26th and sees Abbath touring alongside Sweden’s Amon Amarth.

Abbath will be touring in support of his self-titled album from 2016, which managed to take home our Best Debut Album award last year.

Spinefarm Records is proud to announce that North Carolina’s He Is Legend is the latest addition to the label’s global roster. The band will release a new album through this deal on April 28th.

“We’re very excited to start a new relationship with people who truly understand this band as a whole,” said frontman Schuylar Croom. “It was really important for us to find the proper home for this record after seeing the tremendous response from our fans during the crowdfunding campaign. We truly believe Spinefarm Records is the best possible partner to help us keep that momentum trending in the right direction.”

He goes on to say, “In our eyes, this is the most important He Is Legend record to date and we’re happy that our friends at Spinefarm are going to help us get this album out to the masses.”

Tazmanian brutal death metal band Gape releases sophomore effort, “Exploit The Moist,” today – February 3rd – via CDN Records.

Swedish traditional heavy metal band Mean Streak has signed a three album deal with Japanese label Marquee/Avalon. The first album to see release will be “Blind Faith,” coming May 31st and featuring 12 songs with one bonus Japan-only track.

Bassist Peter Andersson states: “This is exciting for us, as Japan is one of the most important markets. We are really looking forward to do our fourth album with Marquee/Avalon, the premier rock & metal label in Japan.”

The album was produced by Peter Andersson and Max Norman, mixed by Max Norman, and mastered by Thomas “Plec” Johansson at The Panic Room Mastering.

Max Norman stated: “Just finished mixing Mean Streak new album – it really rocks! Thankfully all mixing completed and congratulations to the guys on a killer album!”

Burlington, VT power trio Ghastly Sound recently signed with heavy music indie label Magnetic Eye Records. The bass-driven three piece, which fuses 90’s-era noise rock dissonance and distortion with a nod to modern stoner, doom and cult rock, will release a self-titled debut EP on March 10th.
