French “prog/power movie metal” act Qantice has named Per Fredrik Asly a/k/a PelleK (Damnation Angels) as the band’s new vocalist. The band is preparing the sophomore release “The Phantonauts” for release later this year. After its formation in 2002 in Paris by guitarist/composer Tony Beaufils, Qantice released two demos in 2005 and 2008, leading up to the debut album release “The Cosmocinesy” in 2009 via Brennus Music

Italian super group Libria – featuring Marianna Alfieri (Kirlian Camera, Spectra Paris, Dark Lunacy), Gregorio Ferrarese (The Modern Age Slavery), Elena Alice Fossi (Kirlian Camera, Spectra Paris), and Fabio Palombi (Nerve, Ritual of Rebirth) – has signed a publishing deal with Wormholedeath/Dreamcell11/Aural Music Group. Wormholedeath/Dreamcell11 will release the group’s debut album titled “Immortal Daughter of Aesthetics” worldwide on a 2013 date still to be scheduled. Marianna Alfieri stated: “This is the first album I composed by myself and I’m very pleased to collaborate with Wormholedeath for its release.
