Design the Skyline has teamed up with Hails & Horns Magazine to bring fans a dynamic demonstration video. Play along with guitarists Matt and Julien, Dean on bass, and synth player Keebler as they blow through “Destroyer,” from the 2011 release “Nevaeh.”

The video can be viewed through Hails & Horns or in the player below.

You can also catch Design the Skyline on a headlining tour beginning this Friday, August 17th in Fort Worth, TX with support from Amyst and Silence the Messenger. Dates are available after the jump.

Victory Records has issued the following announcement about seeking fans to appear in a new Pathology video shoot:

“Want to be a part of one of the sickest LIVE music video shoots ever? Now is your chance! San Diego’s death metal outfit, Pathology, will be shooting a brand new music video on Tuesday, July 31 at Mojoes in Joliet, Illinois. The video will be for the new single from their upcoming album The Time Of Great Purification, out everywhere on September 25th.

“Fans in Joliet and the surrounding Chicago areas are encouraged to come out and join in on this unforgettable experience that doesn’t come around often. Pathology is currently headlining a twenty- six city run on the Slaughter Survivors tour with Enfold Darkness, Fallujah, Fit For An Autopsy and Aegaeon. See a full set of tour dates below.”

Design the Skyline has announced a summer tour that will take the band through 19 cities beginning in August. Headlining this tour, the band will be supported by Amyst and Silence the Messenger.

Hailing from Corpus Christi, TX Design the Skyline released Victory Records debut, “Nevaeh,” in 2011 and have been touring since. The band’s upcoming tour dates are as follows:

San Diego’s Pathology has revealed new cover artwork (available below) and announced that band’s new album will be titled “The Time Of Great Purification.” The album is slated for release on September 25th, 2012.

Pathology is wrapping up time in the studio with Daniel Castleman and Lambesis Studios for this third Victory Records release. “This is definitely our heaviest and most technical album to date,” states drummer Dave Astor. The upcoming release features artwork by Par Olofsson, creator of the cover art for their last two albums, “Legacy Of The Ancients” (7/06/10) and “Awaken To The Suffering” (9/13/11). The concept is simple: the Doctor is controlling the 2012 apocalypse and destroying the world!

Pathology will also be appearing on the following dates of the “Slaughter Survivors” tour:

Long Island hardcore/thrash hybrid, This Is Hell, has announced a string of U.S. tour dates in support of the band’s fourth studio album, “Black Mass.” The tour will kick off tomorrow night in Schenectady, N.Y., before wrapping up at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival in Worcester, Mass. on April 20th.

The band has also released a music video for the song, “Demons,” which can be viewed below. Commented guitarist, Rick Jimenez, “In the downtime we just recently had, we blasted through a video for ‘Demons’ from the Black Mass album. The song is fast, raw and thrashy, so the video is fast, raw and thrashy, and it’s us just doing our thing in the practice space. We’re ready to explode back on the road in the States after our break and bring some ruckus!”

“Black Mass,” the follow-up to the 2010 release, “Weight of the World,” hit stores on October 11th via Rise Records.
