Suicidal Tendencies has dates for a fall North American tour.

Long-running Venice Beach, California thrash/punk band SUICIDAL TENDENCIES has scheduled the following dates:

APOCALYPTICA, SUICIDAL TENDENCIES and AVANTASIA are the first confirmed bands for next year’s edition of the Wacken Open Air festival, which takes place annually in the small town of Wacken in Schleswig-Holstein, northern Germany.

It seems that Suicidal Records, the label responsible for all new Suicidal Tendencies releases, is putting out a new version of the band’s second album Join the Army, as well as a new version of “Possessed to Skate.” The album is called No mercy Fool!/The Suicidal Family Am I excited for it? Perhaps, the verdict is still out on classic re-recordings.

Another treat from the Suicidal Records stable, “No Mercy Fool!/The Suicidal Family”, features re-recorded tracks from SUICIDAL TENDENCIES’ second album, “Join The Army”, as well as tunes from the second full-length from NO MERCY, SUICIDAL TENDENCIES’ guitarist Mike Clark’s speed metal band (which found SUICIDAL TENDENCIES vocalist Mike Muir on vocals) from 1986.

Drummer Dave Hidalgo Jr. Of Suicidal Tendencies, Spinerette and The Drips has announced that he has joined Social Distortion.
