Sheffield’s (UK) alternative/metalcore outfit Inherit The Stars has posted a new video online. The second release from the “Orbis” trilogy of video singles, “Caught In The Crossfire” is taken from the bands debut album “We Were Made To Walk The Skies.” Check out this new clip below, or watch the previously posted video for “Citizens of Earth” at this locaiton . Inherit The Stars will also be headlining Sheffield’s 02 Academy 2 on September 21st

Martin Steene Project, created by Iron Fire/Force of Evil frontman Martin Steene, is streaming the promo track “Mind Apocalypse.” The song will appear on the band’s upcoming as of yet untitled release. The track and the rest of the album will be offiically recorded next year. The song is the second in the “apocalypse trilogy” of songs by Steene, which deals with human decline of the mind and how art becomes an obsession that needs to be born, while in Steene’s case it takes a serious toll on other aspects in life.

Shining

Shining have released a video for their track I Won’t Forget. View it below.

It’s taken from their upcoming album One One One, due out on April 22.

Frontman Jorgen Munkeby says: “The song is my absolute favourite of all the tracks we’ve ever made. To be able to top it off with such a beautiful, crisp and clean science fiction video is a dream come true.”

Their first album in three years is designed to round off their Blackjazz trilogy. “It’s the catchiest and most immediate music we’ve recorded – paving the way for another bright and brand new version of ourselves,” Munkeby explains.

Shining recently performed One One One in full in Norway, winning them the prestigious Statoil Scholarship, which funds bands’ touring activities.

German gothic death pioneers Atrocity posted a preview featuring clips from the entire new LP “Okkult,” the first in the band’s new album trilogy concept. With the release of “Okkult,” will come a three continent treasure hunt where the band will hide a bonus track for one fan to find for each of the three releases, with the first dropping in Europe with part one here (first evidence and code of the treasure hunt are hidden in the booklet of the limited edition digipak and digital booklet contained in the iTunes version)
