Primal Rock Rebellion frontman and former Sikth screamer Mikee Goodman has unveiled his brand new project – and unsurprisingly, it’s a bit nuts.

Featuring Mikee on vocals, vocals, Kieron Pepper on bass, Charley Olsen on guitar and Will Romain on drums, Outpatients will tour the UK next month and have unveiled their first ever video, Throw Rocks.

Check out the video below and find out where you can catch the guys in October:

THROW ROCKS ou†pa†ien†s from OUTPATIENTS on Vimeo.

Outpatients UK Tour

Friday 18th @ The Anvil, Bournemouth
Saturday 19th @ The Hope, Brighton
Sunday 20th Scholar Bar, Leicester
Monday 21st @ The Boileroom, Guildford
Thursday 24th @ O2 Academy, Oxford
Friday 25th @ Voodoo, Electrowerkz, London (onstage midnight)
Wed 30th @ The Black Heart, Camden, London
Thurs 31st @ The White Rabbit, Plymouth (with Skindred)

“I went to Tokyo last year in a search for something new to inspire my mind,” says Mikee of how the band came together. “Finding Yuuri opened up many more possibilities. Her versatile style and unique melodic voice works so well with my own. I actually think SikTh fans would be into this band, cos of the dual vocals and frantic nature, but this is very much out there on its own, in terms of style and sound.”

Bleed From Within: Melting your face off in 2013

It’s been a hell of a tumultuous time for Bleed From Within. Despite releasing an extremely promising debut in 2009′s Humanity and a scorching follow-up in 2010 opus Empire, the Scottish youngsters were never given anything close to the platform they deserved and, thanks to the kind of record label woes you wouldn’t wish on your most hated band, what should have been a meteoric rise to prominence stuttered early on.

Luckily, now on a new label, and with not just the album of their careers but arguably the finest metal album of 2013 so far in their back pocket, Bleed From Within are starting to attract the kind of plaudits and widespread attention they deserve. Uprising, out now via Century Media, is a thunderous piece of work; parts Lamb of God, parts Black Crown-era Suicide Silence and parts Pantera, it’s a stunning display of the kind of power and groove-laden muscle that modern metal is able to produce when done right.

They kicked off their headline UK tour this week, and given the display they put on when supporting US chums Miss May I near the end of last year, bets on it being one of the best tours to rip through the country for the foreseeable future are pretty much off. Especially given that they’re supported by Heart Of A Coward, Silent Screams and Dripback. Not bad at all, eh?

Dates for the trek are as follows:

18.04.2013 London – Underworld
19.04.2013 Plymouth – White Rabbit
20.04.2013 Bristol – Hit The Deck Festival
21.04.2013 Nottingham – Hit The Deck Festival
23.04.2013 Birmingham – O2 Academy 3
24.04.2013 Manchester – Academy 3
25.04.2013 Leeds – The Cockpit
26.04.2013 Glasgow – Cathouse

Scott Ian: Chatty Man

Remember us giving Anthrax‘s Scott Ian the mother of all high fives for setting a snowman on fire a few months back? Well, turns out it was part of his involvement in Fangoria’s Blood And Guts show, in which he gets to set more stuff on fire, play with guns and blow shit up.

We love you, Scott Ian. <3
